February 11, 2016   2038 hours
Engine 772, Engine 771 and Tanker 780 of DFD would be dispatched to 226 John Way for the report of a residential structure fire. Upon arrival of Captain Spoone the call would be confirmed as a working fire. The single family dwelling would be 25% involved with no exposures. Lakeway Central Volunteer Fire Department (Tanker 472 and Support 495), New Market Volunteer Fire Department (Tanker 1 and Engine 1) would be the automatic mutual aid companies. White Pine Volunteer Fire Department (Tanker 1) would be moved to the DFD district for coverage. Crews would complete the job at 0010 on February 12, 2016.

Feb 6, 2016  –   0900 hours  –   Run No 10
Engine 771, Truck 770, Support/Rehab 781 and Chief 701 would be dispatched for a vehicle crash. Upon arrival the Kenworth tractor would be on its top with no entrapment. Fuel and oil spills were contained with and onsite dam being built by Truck 770 while Engine 771 staged for fire control. No firefighter injuries reported.
