Run No 7 March 8, 2016 1051 hours Working Fire
DFD would be dispatched first due to the report of a residential structure fire with entrapment. Engine 774, Engine 772, Tanker 780 and Support/Rehab 781 would respond. Automatic mutual aid from Lakeway Central Volunteer Fire Department Engine 496 and Tanker 492, White Pine Volunteer Fire Department Truck 1 and Kansas-Talbott Volunteer Fire Department Tanker 887. Jefferson City Fire Department Engine 2 would cover the DFD district.

February 28, 2016 Run No 47 and 49 1554 hours
Dandridge Fire dispatched for a vehicle crash. Engine 777 and Truck 770 would respond first due. While en route communications would advise that the crash would involve a motorcycle with one patient. EMS would call for the medical helicopter which would signal another alarm for DFD to cover the landing zone. Engine 772 would arrive just as the helicopter would be landing. Highway 25-70 would be closed at Dumplin Loop Road for almost one hour while crews assisted EMS and cleared the roadway. Engine 772 would have to be released to another alarm (Run No 50 fire/explosion) located in the DFD District on Cedar School Road. Witnesses of the motorcycle crash say that that a pot hole in the roadway caused the crash. No firefighter injuries were reported.
